1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using TuneTribute (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TuneTribute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What TuneTribute Does

TuneTribute is an AI-powered platform that creates original, personalised songs based on information you provide — such as the recipient's name, the occasion, a musical style, and personal memories or stories. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated song creation based on your custom brief.
• A free 30-second audio preview for every song before purchase.
• The ability to purchase and unlock the full song as an MP3 download.
• Subscription plans offering recurring access to song generation features.
• Account management, order history, and customer support.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

To use TuneTribute you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@tunetribute.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Plans

TuneTribute offers the following purchase options:

• Single Song — £14.99: A one-off purchase. You receive a free 30-second preview, and pay only when you choose to unlock the full track.
• Pro Plan — £25.99/month: A monthly subscription providing recurring access to song generation features, MP3 downloads, and other plan benefits.
• Platinum Plan — £179.99/year: An annual subscription offering the full suite of Pro features at a reduced annual rate.

All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Where a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before the new price takes effect at your next renewal.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance — monthly for the Pro Plan and annually for the Platinum Plan. Payment is processed automatically on each renewal date via our payment partner, Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorise TuneTribute to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the charge and notify you by email. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of your subscription.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no hoops to jump through and no early cancellation fees, ever.

• How to cancel: Log in to your account dashboard and cancel from the subscription settings, or email us at support@tunetribute.co.uk and we will handle it for you.
• When cancellation takes effect: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. It will not renew after that date.
• No prorated refunds: We do not refund partial periods already paid. You retain full access to your subscription features until the period expires.
• Your content: After cancellation, you will retain access to view and download any songs you have already purchased and unlocked.

There are no lock-in periods, no percentage-based exit fees, and no requirement to contact us by a specific method to cancel. We believe cancellation should be as simple as signing up.

7. Song Purchases and Refund Policy

Every song generated on TuneTribute comes with a free 30-second audio preview. This preview is provided specifically so you can evaluate the quality, style, and suitability of the song before you commit to purchase.

We strongly encourage you to listen to the preview carefully and ensure you are happy with the style, tone, and quality before unlocking. If you experience a technical fault — for example, the audio file fails to deliver after a successful payment — please contact us at support@tunetribute.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Content You Provide

When you use TuneTribute, you may submit personal details, stories, memories, and other content ("Your Content") to inform your song. By submitting Your Content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to share it with us.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your Content does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

You grant TuneTribute a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Your Content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your song. We will not use your personal stories or song content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

The TuneTribute platform — including our website, branding, software, and underlying AI models — is our proprietary property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our Service.

The song generated for you, once purchased and unlocked, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it as a gift, play it at personal events, and keep it for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, broadcast commercially, or claim authorship of AI-generated songs produced by TuneTribute.

10. Marketing and Communications

By creating an account, you will receive transactional emails related to your orders and account (e.g. song ready notifications, receipts). These are necessary for the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

We will only send you promotional or marketing emails if you have given us your explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

We may use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how you use TuneTribute and improve the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Limitation of Liability

TuneTribute is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions, downtime, or errors.
• Loss of data or generated content caused by technical failures.
• Your dissatisfaction with AI-generated creative output (noting the preview opportunity provided).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Actions or content of third-party services we integrate with.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of TuneTribute shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TuneTribute to:

• Generate songs containing hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Create content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, access, or abuse the Service at scale.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice where necessary to protect our platform or other users.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tunetribute.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will give you notice before taking action. Upon termination, any active subscription will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund of fees already paid for the current period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TuneTribute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
