1. Our Products Are Custom Digital Goods

TuneTribute creates personalised, AI-generated audio files that are custom-made to your exact specifications — including the recipient's name, occasion, genre, vocal style, and the unique story or memories you share with us. Because each song is created exclusively for you, it has no resale value and cannot be offered to another customer.

For this reason, and in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply once generation of your personalised audio file has begun. By initiating a purchase and confirming generation, you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of this digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost at that point.

All sales are therefore final once generation begins. We do not offer refunds on completed or in-progress generations under normal circumstances.

2. Technical Issues and Support

Because each TuneTribute song is a personalised digital item created to your brief, we do not offer refunds on generated material. If a genuine technical fault affects delivery of, access to, or playback of a purchased track, please contact us and we will investigate and put it right. Examples include:

  • The purchased audio file is silent, blank, corrupted, or will not play.
  • The full track does not unlock or download after successful payment.
  • A verified platform error on our side links the wrong file to your purchase or incorrectly associates a charge with your account.

We do not consider the following to be grounds for a refund:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated style, lyrics, or creative output (subjective preference).
  • Accidental purchase or a change of mind after generation has started.
  • Choosing an incorrect genre, name, or occasion — please review your inputs carefully before confirming.
  • Lyric video sync accuracy — word-level timing in AI-generated lyric videos is produced by automated speech recognition and is approximate. Slight mistimings, skipped words, or minor discrepancies between the displayed text and the vocal performance are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a defect.
  • Lyric omissions or alterations in the video — where the AI vocalist omits or alters words relative to the written lyrics, the video captions reflect what was sung. This is not a technical fault.

Where a genuine technical issue is confirmed, our remedy will usually be to restore access, correct the file, or regenerate the deliverable so you receive the song you purchased. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Free Preview Songs

Before any payment is required, TuneTribute generates a free 1-minute preview of your song. You can listen to this preview and decide whether you would like to unlock the full track. We encourage you to listen carefully to your preview before purchasing the full version. No refunds are available after the full track has been unlocked based on dissatisfaction with the preview.

4. Free Token Redemptions

Free generation tokens awarded through our Wall of Love programme or other promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value. Tokens consumed during a successful generation — even if you are dissatisfied with the creative output — will not be reinstated. If a technical failure occurs during a token-redeemed generation, we will restore the token to your account.

5. Subscriptions

If you have purchased a Pro subscription, the subscription fee itself is non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal, and you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee.

6. How to Report a Technical Issue

If you believe a technical fault has affected access to or delivery of your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible — and no later than 14 days from the date of purchase — at:

Please include your order details (the email address used to purchase and the generation ID if available) and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If we verify a fault on our side, we will work to correct it as quickly as reasonably possible.
